Job Purpose
This key role will see you sell innovative Surgery disposable products within a defined sales territory. You’ll effectively target customers to meet and exceed sales targets - implementing an area sales plan in line with our marketing plan. In addition, you’ll ensure you achieve our demanding standards for product promotion.
Responsibilities
We’ll look to you to contribute to business plans, co-ordinate clinical sales meetings and ensure any expenses are within agreed budgets. It’ s a demanding but highly rewarding role that will make the most of your commercial acumen and ability to develop close working relationships with your clients.
The Individual
To succeed, it’ s essential that you’ re not only totally results-focused, but also dedicated to continuously improving your sales methods by maintaining an excellent awareness of our competitors’ practices. You’ll also need to combine a talent for planning and organisation with a team-focused approach and, naturally, strong networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
To be considered, you must have a proven track record in surgery products, medical devices, disposables or pharma sales. You must be able to demonstrate clear evidence of sales success e.g. sales growth, achievement of activity targets, etc. You must also be able to demonstrate effective networking, negotiation and presentation skills, together with good business acumen and an understanding of decision making processes.
A driving licence with less than six points will be essential.
