LoFric catheters are designed for single use only. The surface layer loses its unique water-binding characteristics after use and the risk of infection increases if a catheter is used more than once.
Simple and Safe
Each LoFric package contains everything needed to empty the bladder. No extra lubricant is required, making LoFric simple and safe to use.
Before use, soak the LoFric Catheter in cold water for 30 seconds (always use clean water that is suitable for drinking) while preparing yourself for catheterisation. The catheter surface will bind a layer of water that remains in place throughout the entire catheterisation process, ensuring that the surface stays moist, and it is easy and gentle to use.
