Feeling good about your body is just as important as feeling good in your soul.  By finding the right kind of activity that suits your body best, staying active can be both fun and motivating!

Activity
Activity
By looking at the possibilities for varying activity and focusing on having fun while you're active, you can make physical training a natural part of your everyday life.

A body with limited mobility also needs to stay active, even if the types of activity differ somewhat from those for people with full mobility.

Even lighter forms of activity, which aren't perceived as especially strenuous, can make a big difference in your well-being. For example, simple leg movements using a ball can improve your circulation, while going outside and filling your lungs with fresh air gives immediate rewards! Maybe activity can't completely cure you, but it can significantly boost your well-being.

Leisure Time = Leisure + Time
Finding new hobbies and finding time for your present interests can sometimes be difficult in a stressful world with many 'to-do's'. Sometimes it can be easier to put your own leisure activities on hold due to limited time or other practical reasons. Despite all your obligations, difficulties and reasons not to, your own well-being is a prerequisite for having the strength to withstand life's other trials.

By taking care of your body and nurturing your soul in the way that best suits you, you lay the foundation for everyday satisfaction!
