How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
We always endeavour to get them to you the next working day, though this may take slightly longer, though not more than 48 hours, with the exception of bank holidays and weekends.
Can I order products other than LoFric through Select?
Yes, we stock a range of products from different manufacturers. Please note that these may take slightly longer to reach you than next-day delivery. We always try to keep a good stock of all products in our warehouse.
How can I order?

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, you need a prescription for every order,. You can post this to us in the free post envelope included in your last order. Alternatively, we can collect it from your GP’s surgery for you, please call us to request this.
What if I want to change my product?
Seek guidance from your healthcare professional, such as your continence nurse, it must also be agreed by your GP.
How do I get samples to try another LoFric product?
Contact us to request sample products and we will send them to you. Please note that these samples are for demonstration use only and they must only be used under medical guidance. We recommend that you speak to your continence adviser and your GP before changing to a different product.
What if I have a medical question?
Contact us and we will ask our Nurse Adviser to contact you to discuss your query. Alternatively, we can put you in touch with your local continence adviser.
What do I do if I have a question about my LoFric catheter?
Visit the LoFric Home pages on this website which gives lots of information and advice on LoFric catheters, Alternatively, call us on 0800 783 7027 and we will provide the answer.
What if the delivery comes when I am out?
Please contact us at any time to let us know any alternative delivery instructions, such as with a neighbour, in a porch etc. You could also provide us with a mobile phone number to put on the delivery note so that the courier can phone you if you’re not in.
