DesignLine™ includes the following abutments for optimal function and aesthetics for all positions in the mouth:
- ZirDesign™ has a scalloped prosthetic margin, which requires less preparation. The angled ZirDesign is especially ideal for challenging cases in the aesthetic zone.
- TiDesign™ has a scalloped prosthetic margin, which requires less preparation.
- CastDesign™ is an ideal solution for complicated implant cases that require angulation corrections up to 30°.
- TempDesign™ simplifies chairside temporisation and laboratory work.
All abutments have the Conical Seal Design™ connection, which reduces peak stresses and thereby preserves the marginal bone, and also ensures that micro-movements and micro-leakage are minimised. Conical Seal Design is one of the four key features of the Astra Tech BioManagement Complex™.
